Congratulations to Mrs. Marina Hansen Socorro Independent School District's Secondary Teacher of the Year!

Mission Early College will be graduating 23 students from EPCC with their Associate of Arts degree this coming Friday, May 15th. When these students cross the stage to accept their diplomas, they will make history as the first early college graduates in the El Paso region. To mark this occasion, the Texas High School Project in conjunction with Texas Communities Foundation has produced a brief video inviting President Barack Obama to the graduation ceremony at the Don Haskins Center. We invite you to view the video and join in the celebration by clicking below: Mr. President: 23 Reasons for Hope
Early College High Schools Through the Early College High School (ECHS) Initiative, the Texas High School Project supports the creation of innovative models for increased high school completion and college enrollment by funding higher education systems that establish Early College High Schools on their campuses or at related sites in high needs areas of the state (Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, Houston, El Paso, and Dallas).
