Dear Parents and Guardians:

 As we begin the 2009-2010 school year, I must first congratulate you, our wonderful parents, for working together with our faculty and staff, in helping our students and our school achieve “Exemplary Status.”  What an accomplishment!  We could not have reached this goal without your hard work, dedication, and commitment to our Hueco Suns.  It is imperative that in order to keep our “Exemplary” status we continue to stay focused, dedicated, and committed to our school’s and our district’s vision.  Parents, Faculty and Staff must continue to commit to a partnership with our learning community and provide the best education possible to all our children through the acquisition of knowledge in all subjects, as well as through character development.  In this manner our Hueco Suns will continue to experience success not only this year, but throughout their lives and educational endeavors.  Together we can inspire our students to believe that they can accomplish and reach their immediate and lifelong goals.

 I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to work and serve you as Hueco School’s Educational Leader.  I will continue to work hard to ensure that every child at Hueco is provided with enriching and strong educational experiences, support opportunities, a safe and clean learning and working environment, and to consistently set the highest standards for our students as well as our faculty and staff. 

 Parental involvement is an integral part of our student’s success, and successful schools require a high rate of parental involvement and support.  I invite you and ask that you consider joining our PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) and be part of our learning community.  A Parent Liaison is housed at our school to help and assist you, and to offer our parent community with a variety of opportunities; such as ESL classes, Parenting Classes, Technology Classes, and a variety of other educational opportunities.  I invite you to be an integral part of our Hueco school community.  Please stop by our office to inquire about joining our PTO.  I assure you it will be a memorable and fulfilling experience.
