Please make every effort to register during your assigned time and date to avoid late registration and long lines. Documents needed for RETURNING students:
- Completed packet (Filled and signed by parents)
- Updated immunization/Shot record
- Electric Bill (Dated June or July 2009) No registrations will be allowed without this documentation. All returning students must pick up their registration from June 4-June 30 between 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM. |
